Mental Health Initiative

Mental Health Initiative Mission

Our Mission:

Provide leadership and direction through Paulding Family Connection using a collaborative approach to identify and address the challenges facing those with mental health needs and access to treatment in Paulding County.

Please refer back often to this page for additional information and feel free to join in on the planning sessions currently being held the fourth Tuesday of each month from 10:30 a.m. until noon at the Dianne Wright Innovation Center located at 140 Bethel Church Road, Hiram GA 30141.

We are pleased to be a part of the state and Region 1 efforts to become poverty and trauma informed in our community and appreciate the partnership with Resilient Georgia  https://www.resilientga.org/about as they work hand in hand creating the resources through Building a Region of Resilience https://www.resilientnwga.org/

The Paulding Family Connection collaborative body is committed to looking at the current challenges around the mental health care services in the county and working with civic leadership as we identify and address much needed systems change in the community.
