Paulding Family Connection believes that in order for our collaborative to make a difference in Paulding County, we need to have strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with a variety of community members, agencies and organizations. We use locally collected data to share with the collaborative on a regular basis to inform partners of current needs and successes in order to maintain support for programs and activities that support students encouraging school attendance and providing the necessary materials for school success. The PFC engages local partners to streamline efforts that work to help ensure that all children live in safe and stable environments. We use existing assessment tools, specifically: our locally collected statistical records, our membership data files, the GaFCP Collaborative Vitality survey, to assess partner satisfaction with collaborative work, and the GaFCP Self Assessment tool used to track changes in membership, focused on county agencies, business and faith communities.
